Strong Moms Club

A weekly outdoor fitness class for moms in Lake Country — where your kids are welcome, the workout is real, and the community is even better.

Built for real moms. Because I couldn't find it either.

When I first moved to the Okanagan, I was a new mom looking for somewhere to work out with my kid that didn't cost a fortune or require me to find childcare first. I looked around and couldn't find it — so I built it.

Strong Moms Club is the class I wished existed. It's outdoor, it's affordable, and it's designed for moms who want to move their bodies, catch their breath, and be surrounded by other women who just get it.

Your littles are more than welcome. No childcare needed.

What to expect:

Every Wednesday at 9:45am in Swalwell Park, Lake Country, we meet for a 45-minute bodyweight workout that will actually challenge you. No equipment, no gym, no excuses.

Classes are designed to build real strength and get your heart rate up, while being completely accessible whether you're just coming back to fitness or you've been at it for years.

The Details:

When: Wednesdays, 9:45 – 10:30am

Where: Swalwell Park, Lake Country

Cost: $10 drop-in

What to bring: Yourself (and your little one if you've got one!)

Equipment: None needed — just wear something you can move in (and maybe some sunscreen)

More than a workout.

Strong Moms Club is about more than getting your sweat in. It's about having somewhere to show up, be seen, and feel like yourself for 45 minutes, surrounded by other moms who are doing the same thing.

Whether you're postpartum, chasing toddlers, or just craving a little movement and adult conversation before noon, this is your place.

Hi, I’m Rhiannon

Hey there!

Holistic nutritionist, fitness coach, and mom based in Lake Country, BC. I started Strong Moms Club because when I first moved to the Okanagan, I couldn't find an affordable place to work out with my kid — so I created one.

These classes are for moms who want to move their bodies, build real strength, and have somewhere to show up every week where their kids are welcome and the community is even better than the workout.

I'll see you at Swalwell Park.

Come try your first class. Bring your kids, bring a friend, and just show up. That's all you need to do.
